Dr. Krebs is a highly experienced orthopaedic surgeon with a career spanning over 35 years. He began his medical training with Orthopaedics at Baylor College Houston, Texas, and Neurology at the University of Texas in Houston. He further honed his skills as a resident physician in Traumatology/Trauma Surgery at Stadtkrankenhaus Kempten/Allgäu, Germany.
His passion for orthopaedic surgery led him to serve as a resident physician at Vincentius Krankenhaus Konstanz, Germany, and RKU Ulm, Germany. He continued to excel in the field, becoming the Assistant Medical Director at Orthopaedic University Hospital Bad Abbach, Germany.
In 1993, Dr. Krebs established his private medical center in Munich, collaborating with various hospitals in the city. His expertise covers a wide range of orthopaedic surgeries, with over 27,000 procedures and more than 8,000 implants, including knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle surgeries.
Renowned for his mastery of arthroscopic techniques, he specializes in knee and shoulder procedures, such as rotator cuff repair and shoulder stabilization, without resorting to open surgery for these indications for over 15 years. Dr. Krebs is also a pioneer in stem cell therapy for cartilage repair, being among the first surgeons worldwide to use this technique since 2006.
